Service Description

We will meet virtually to discuss the particular career challenges you are having, and I can offer some guidance on an approach. Some previous topics have included: compensation equity, coworker conflicts, promotions, career path, learning and development, dealing with difficult supervisors, fair treatment in the workplace, contractors, and more. I am not an attorney nor will I provide legal advice, but I will direct you to the appropriate resources. Note: This may require more than one session to research and discuss options. Expect about 15 minutes to describe the issues you are having and what you need, about 15 minutes of questions and 30 to discuss next steps.
